If we are to know the truth and follow in the steps of Jesus to which one of the Social Problems listed below are Christians obligated to commit our resources too.
A 2017 Gallup poll concluded that 4.5% of adult Americans identified as LGBT with 5.1% of women identifying as LGBT, compared with 3.9% of men
Though abortion is a divisive issue, more than half of U.S. adults take a non-absolutist position, saying that in most – but not all – cases, abortion should be legal (34%) or illegal (26%). Fewer take the position that in all cases abortion should be either legal (27%) or illegal (12%).

Imprisonment rates have declined substantially since 2007. The rate has declined 31% among blacks, 14% among whites.
Pew explanation for decrease among blacks:
1. A growing share of blacks are completing high school and college
2. The black immigrant population has increased fivefold since 1980
3. Black households have only 10 cents in wealth for every dollar held by white households.
4. There has been a steady increase in the share of Americans who view racism as a big problem in the U.S. – especially among African Americans.
5. An overwhelming majority of blacks (92%) say whites benefit at least a fair amount from advantages that blacks do not have.
Single mother families in 2019: There were 15 million single headed households in the United States in 2019 Mothers make up 80% of total.
